„Past, present and future of (pre)primary mathematics education“
The conference will take place on 23-25 April 2025
in Olomouc (Czech Republic)

The aim of the conference is to present the original results of scientific research and professional work in the field of mathematics and didactics of mathematics focused on the application of mathematics in primary and pre-primary education and in the undergraduate preparation of primary school teachers.
Conference languages: English, Czech, Slovak, Polish.

Conference fee: 120 EUR (3000 CZK)
The conference fee covers the cost of conference materials, conference room rental and other related organizational costs. It does not include participants' accommodation. The conference fee needs to be paid by 10 March 2025 by bank transfer. Payment details will be given under the link Information.
A collection of abstracts (Book of Abstracts) with ISBN will be compiled in advance for the conference (Abstracts must be submitted by 10 March 2025). Conference participants are offered the opportunity to publish their papers in the international journal Elementary Mathematics Education Journal (ISSN 2694-8133) or in the Math Teacher journal (ISSN 1210-9037). The rules for publication are governed by the rules of the journals.
At the conference, plenary lectures will be presented in the range of 45 min + 15 min of discussion and registered lectures of participants in the range of 15 min + 5 min of discussion. Meeting rooms will be equipped with the necessary equipment.

Registration is possible at the same time as the abstract submission until 10 March 2025. (Registration after this date is possible, but it will no longer be possible to include information about the lecture in the Book of Abstracts.)
There are accommodation possibilities in university dormitory (near the Faculty of Education) and in many hotels in Olomouc. Conference participants book and pay accommodation individually. Details under the link Information.
